摘要
目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎 (HSE)的脑电图构型和预后的关系。方法回顾性分析 2 6例HSE患者的脑电图 ,并与CT、MRI和临床结局进行对照。结果CT、MRI和脑电图异常率分别为 5 3.8%、6 6 .7%和 92 .3%。异常脑电图构型 :弥漫性慢波 16例 ,额颞区慢波 5例 ,周期波 5例。结论脑电图检查有助于HSE的早期诊断和预后评价。
Objective To explore the relationship between electroencephalogram (EEG) patterns and the prognosis of herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE). Methods The EEGs of 26 HSE patients were analyzed retrospectively and compared with CT, MRI and the clinical outcome. Results The abnormality rates of CT, MRI and EEG were 53%, 66% and 92%, respectively. The abnormal EEGs were classified into diffused slow wave in 16 cases, frontotemporal slow wave in 5 cases and periodic wave in 5 cases. Conclusion EEG may help the early diagnosis and the evaluation of the prognosis of HSE.
