摘要
结合我国提速的理论实践研究 ,分析了影响开通速度的原因 ,并提出了解决问题的相应的土木工程措施 。
Based upon theoretical and experimental research on railway speed raising, the factors impacting of the speed are analyzed and corresponding civil engineering measures are proposed, Which prove the technical feasibility for speed raising of newly built railway.
