本文论述了延迟环节参数估计的原理,导出了利用实际系统数据去估计延迟环节参数的两大类方法.

The auther pointed out in reference 1:the adjustment of DEL(averagebelay time)anb K(rank)of belay link in SD makes it possible for us to simulatealmost all the time delay with good distribution.On this basis,this paper firstdicusses the principle of the parameter estimation of delay link,then deduces twomajor kinds of methods to estimate delay link by using real system data.
