摘要 中原油田第四气体处理厂位于河南省濮阳市柳屯镇 ,拥有一套以回收乙烷为主的大型天然气深冷处理装置 ,装置处理能力为 10 0× 10 4m3 /d ,最大处理能力达 12 0× 10 4m3 /d ,乙烷回收率 85 %。该工程从 1997年审批立项到 2 0 0 0年 12月建成 ,一次投产成功 ,工程概算投资 1 85 0 6亿元 ,竣工决算 1 70 2 9亿元。该处理厂是国内自行设计的一套大型NGL回收装置。文章通过总结中原油田第四气体处理厂工艺设计 ,介绍了NGL回收装置工艺流程、工艺平面布置、自动控制 ,分析了工艺设计特点 ,以期合理应用深冷工艺技术、降低能耗、减少投资、提高产品收率。 The forth gas processing plant of Zhongyuan Oil Field lies at Liutun Town, Puyang City, Henan Province, and is a big gas cryogenic processing plant, which mainly recovers ethane. Its processing capacity is 10 × 10 5m3/d with maximum processing capacity 12 × 10 5m3/d. The ethane recovery rate is 85%. The engineering was approved in 1997, and completed in Dec. 2000. The plant was put into operation at once successfully. The investment budget of the engineering is RMB 185.06 million Yuan. The final settlement of account is RMB 170.29 million Yuan. The plant is a big NGL recovering plant designed by a domestic unit itself. Summing up the technology design of the forth gas processing plant, the article introduces the process flow, the planimetric layout, and the automatic control of the NGL recovering plant, and analyzes the characteristics of the technology design that properly applies the cryogenic technology, decreases energy consumption, reduces cost, and improves recovery rate.
