摘要
采用化学镀方法对羰基铁粉体实施了化学镀镍表面改性。通过扫描电镜、光电子能谱分析、俄歇能谱、红外发射率等性能测试 ,结果表明 :所制备的样品镀层均匀 ,镀层的成分为镍磷合金 ,镀层厚度超过 10 0nm ,红外发射率显著降低 ,羰基铁粉体红外发射率由 0 .89降低为 0 .70。
The surface modification of carbonyl iron poweder was obtained by the electroless plating method in this paper.Detected by EDXA,SEM,AES,IFR,they show that the obtained sample coating is homogeneous,the thickness of the coating is over 100nm,and the emissivity of the carbonyl iron is decreased obviously from 0.89 to 0.70.
