ZTA陶瓷注凝成型工艺中浆料性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对ZTA陶瓷注凝成型工艺中分散剂、pH值、氧化锆含量、固相体积分数、有机单体含量对浆料流变性的影响进行了研究。研究表明 :合适的分散剂加入量可使浆料粘度降低 ;pH值的改变对浆料粘度有较大影响 ;随氧化锆含量、固相体积分数、有机单体含量增大 ,浆料粘度也会增大。 The effect of dispersant, pH value, ZrO 2 content , solid loading and organic monomer content on the rheological property of ZTA slurry in gel-casting process was investigated in this paper. The results show that their viscosity values are obviously reduced with the suitable addition of dispersant to ZTA slurry,and ZTA slurry has different viscosity values at different pH. The higher the ZrO 2 content, solid loading and the organic monomer content are, the larger the viscosity values of slurry.
