摘要
采用纯度较高的白粘土、锻烧高岭土及工业氧化铝为主要原料成功地研制了氧化铝陶瓷激光泵浦腔体。采用KZJ - 30型电动抗折仪、DSDB - 1型数显白度计、日立 34 0型分光光度计及XRD ,SEM等现代测试技术测定了样品的理化性能和微观结构。结果表明 :制备的样品的反射率高达 99%以上 ,抗折强度达 5 0~ 10 0MPa。
Using white clay,calcined kaolin and industrial alumina as the major raw material,the laser cavity of alumina ceramics was prepared successfully.The physical and chemical properties of the specimens and its microstructures were tested by modern material test technology,such as KZJ-30 type electric bending,DSDB-1 digital electric whiteness meter,Hitachi 340 type spectrophotometer and XRD,SEM and so on.The results indicate that the reflectivity of the specimen is over 99% and the bending strength is 50~100MPa.
