流态床脉冲氮化工艺研究

摘要 本文研究了38CrMoAl,3Cr2W8V,W6Mo5Cr4V2和65Cr4W3Mo2VNb 钢试样经545℃非脉冲和二种脉冲流态床氮化的渗层硬度曲线、渗层深度和显微组织。结果表明:采用简化脉冲的流态床氮化工艺后,渗层深度接近非脉冲流态床氮化或有所减少,试样表面白亮层显著减薄甚至消失,而流化气消耗下降达86%~90%。 The paper presents the investigation of microhardness profile,case depth andmicrostructure of the specimen of 38CrMoAl,3Cr2W8V,W6Mo5Cr4V2 and 65Cr4W3Mo2VNbsteels,which were processed by non-pulse nitriding and two types of pulse nitriding at 545℃in the fluidized bed furnace.The results showed that the specimen after the simplified pulsenitriding in the fluidized bed furnace produced the case depth approximate to or thinner thanthose of four steels with the non-pulse nitriding in the furnace.But the former process couldremarkably reduce the surface white layer for all four steels,and furthermore,it lowered thefluidized gas consumption,by 86%—90%.
