摘要
利用固相反应法即传统陶瓷工艺 ,制成了Ba1-xSrxPbO3 系导电陶瓷。用四探针法测量了此种导电陶瓷的电阻率 ρr,研究了 ρr 与Sr含量x和温度T的关系 ,通过红外光谱分析研究了此种样品。晶格中出现的氧缺位使得晶格结构发生畸变 ,Sr-O键出现强烈振动 ,同时产生了红外吸收谱。在氧缺位中存在弱束缚的导电电子。
Ba 1-xSr xPbO 3 system conductive ceramics were prepared by using the solid state reaction method,i.e.,the conventional ceramic process.The resistivity(ρ r)of Ba 1-xSr xPbO 3 system conductive ceramics was measured by using dc four-probe method.The dependence of the resistivity on the amount of additive Sr(x)and temperature(T)was investigated.The samples were investigated by infrared optical spectroscopic analysis.The oxygen vacancies in crystal lattice made the lattice structure distortion and Sr-O bond vibration intensely,and resulted in infrared absorption spectrum at the same time,there are weakly bound conductive electrons in oxygen vacancies.
