石墨/酚醛树脂/BaTiO_3基PTCR复合材料的研究

摘要 研究了石墨含量、酚醛树脂含量对PTCR复合材料性能的影响。实验发现该复合方法在保证一定升阻比的前提下可有效地降低材料的室温体积电阻率。这为解决PTC材料室温体积电阻率较高的问题提供了一条新的途径。 The influence of contents of grahtite and bakelite on the properties of graphite/bakelite/BaTiO 3-based PTC ceramic composite was studied.It was found that its bulk resistivity at room-temperature decreased on condition that the PTC intensity was assured.This method offered a new way to solving the problem of high bulk resistivity of the BaTiO 3-based PTC ceramics at room-temperature.
