摘要
以正硅酸乙酯和硝酸铝为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备出了超细的纳米莫来石。对于该方法的各种影响因素进行了实验分析 ,并对制得的样品进行了XRD ,TG -DTA ,TEM等性能表征。
Fine mullite powder was synthesized by sol-gel process with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)and aluminium nitrate as raw material.The machenism of hydrolysis condensation of TEOS in the presence of aluminium nitrate was studied.The formation,structure and particle size of mullite were also studied by TG-DTA,X-ray diffraction and TEM.
