还原气氛下Si-B_2O_3-TiO_2系反应的热力学分析 被引量:1

Thermodynamic Analysis of TiB_2 Composite by Silicothermic Reaction in Reducing Atmosphere

摘要 通过热力学计算 ,探讨Si-B2 O3 -TiO2 系在还原性气氛下TiB2 ,Ti(C ,N)的可能性、生成途径以及产物在此体系中的相对稳定性。结果表明 :Si-B2 O3 -TiO2 系在还原性气氛下TiB2 的生成有 2种可能性 ,生成物中TiB2 要比TiN和TiC稳定。在 1843K左右 ,TiC和TiN可以形成固溶体Ti(C ,N)。 TiB 2-Ti(C,N) composites were obtained by silicothermic reaction in reducing atmosphere.In this paper,the possibility,route and stability of resultant in Si-B 2O 3-TiO 2 system under the nitrogen and carbon monoxide were investigated by the thermodynamic calculation.The results show that there are two routes to produce TiB 2 and TiB 2 is more stable than TiC and TiN at about 1843K,TiN and TiC can form solid solution-Ti(C,N).
