Si-Mn弹簧钢带钢在热轧过程中,用控轧法使发生动态再结晶,加以降低终轧温度使奥氏体转变温度提高,钢带以4~7K/s的速率自然冷却时,能获得细致的片状珠光体和少量铁索体组织,这种轧态组织能经受70%以上的冷轧压缩率,因此可大大地简化工艺。用这种带钢制作的弹簧,性能大幅度提高。
In the process of Si-Mn spring strip steel, through controlled hot-rolling the dynamic recrystalization can be produced and in addition, the finishing temperature lowered, thus, the austenite transformation temperature is increased, while the time for transformation shortened. When the strip is naturally cooled at the rate of 4~7K/s, fine lamellar pearlite and small amount of ferrite can be obtained, therefore, avoiding the bainite or coarse pearlite. The as-hot-rolled structure can bear the cold-rolling reduction over 70%, thus, simplifying greatly the process. Properties of the spring made of such strips will be greatly improved.
