摘要 本文从高炉本体,热风炉和辅助设施3个方面,叙述了易地大修后宝钢新高炉所采用的节能新技术。如串罐式无钟炉顶布料装置、小块焦与矿石混装入炉,烧结矿分级入炉,纯水闭路循环冷却等。 Comparing the new BF with the previous BF No.1 in the aspects of the blast furnace body itself, the hot-blast stove and auxiliary equipment, the new energy-saving technologies applied to the new BF of Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex have been described such as the charging distribution system with bell-less top with two hoppers in series, charging small lump coke and sintered ores in mix, charging the sintered ores of different grain sizes, closed cyclic cooling system with pure water.
