摘要
目的 :评价MRCP结合梗阻部位薄层扫描图像 (或MRI原始图像 )对胆系结石的诊断价值。方法 :对 14 6例经临床手术及病理证实为胆系结石病人的MRCP结合梗阻部位薄层扫描图像 (或MRI原始图像 )、MRCP、US检查结果进行对比分析。结果 :MRCP结合梗阻部位薄层扫描图像 (或MRI原始图像 )诊断胆系结石总准确率为 97.9% ,MRCP诊断胆系结石总准确率为 89.0 % ,US诊断胆系结石总准确率为 89.7% ,MRCP结合梗阻部位薄层扫描图像与MRCP、US的诊断总准确率比较 ,相差具有显著性意义 (χ12 =4.52 ,P1<0 .0 5;χ2 2 =4.2 8,P2 <0 .0 5)。结论 :MRCP结合梗阻部位薄层扫描 (或MRI原始图像 )
Objective:T o evaluate the value of MRCP combined with thin slices sc anning (or the source MRI) in diagnosis of biliary stones.Method s:The MRCP,MRC P combined with thin slices scanning (or the source MRI),B-mode ultrosound exam inations were comparatively studied in 146 patients with biliary stones which co nfirmed by operation and pathology.Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRCP combined with thin slices scanning (or the source MRI) was 97.9%,the diagnostic rate of MRCP was 89.0%, The diagnostic accuracy rate of US was 89.7%.the differe nce of the total accuracy rate was significant(χ 1 2=4.52,P 1<0.05, χ 2 2=4.28,P 2<0.05).Conclusion:MRCP combined with thin slices scanni ng (or the source MRI) can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of biliary stone s.
