目的 :近年来 ,随着螺旋CT的迅速发展 ,软件和硬件的不断升级 ,薄层和快速扫描技术的实现 ,特别是多层螺旋CT的研制成功 ,三维重建图像的质量越来越高 ,且能为临床医师提供更详细的空间解剖信息。螺旋CT三维重建技术已成为骨关节创伤的一种有价值的检查方法 。

While spira l CT was rapidly developed with the continuous improvemen t of software and hardware and with the realization of thin-slice and rapid scan ning techniques,the images of three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction have been bet ter especially after the multi-slice spiral CT was successfully invented.These i mages can provide the clinical colleagues with spatial and anatomic information in detail.The technique of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT has become a powerfu l modality for evaluation of the bone and joint trauma.The study will offer the more discuss in the field.
