This paper reveals the innovation sprite that is embodied in the important principle of the ' Three Represents ' from three perspectives,namely,the theory innovation,the system innovation and the strategy innovation.It stresses on the point that innovation is the soul of Marxism in theory and practice,and it also points out that innovation should be grasped as the theme in the making of the new upsurge of learning and putting into practice the important principle of the ' Three Represents ' .
