摘要
上海宝山钢铁总厂研制的半自动测温、定碳放样车,可替代现有的副枪系统,用于转炉生产。作者认为适于在无副枪系统的钢厂推广应用。本文对该装置中的钢水数字测温定碳仪的研制,进行比较详尽的分析、介绍,并探讨了无副枪系统的钢厂推广使用的可行性。
The semi-automatic instrument for measuring temperature and carbon content and sampling developed by Shanghai Baoshan lron & Steel Complex can substitute the existing sublance system in the converter production. The author suggests that such device is suitable to be used in the plant without sublance system. This paper gives out in details the information of development of the instrument. The possibility of its application to the plants without sublance system has also been discussed in this paper.
