国外炼铁技术发展现状与趋势

THE RECENT PROGRESS AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF BLAST FURNACE IRONMAKING TECHNOLOGY ABROAD

本文根据1990年冬在日本召开的第六届国际钢铁大会的交流内容,着重介绍国外炼铁技术发展的现状和趋势,如喷煤粉技术、高炉能量的回收利用、高炉低硅操作、人工智能专家系统以及延长高炉寿命的技术等。

This paper describes the recent progress and future development of blast furnace ironmaking technology abroad, such as pulverised coal injection, various energy-saving facilities, low-silicon operation, the application of artificial intelligence and expert system to the operation control of blast furnace and service life extending technology. All informations used in this paper have been published in the proceedings of the Sixth International Iron & Steel Congress 1990, Nogaya, Japan.
