热挤压模具钢表面复合合金化工艺研究

摘要 本文研究了稀土催渗S-C-N共渗处理,以期提高模具的抗咬合、抗粘着能力,渗层可增厚18%~35%。并对共渗层进行了组织形貌分析。经实际应用,热挤压模具使用寿命可提高3倍以上。 This paper deals with the application of rare earth metal in sulphur-carbonitriding in order to increase the stickability resistance and wearability. The sulphur-carbonitriding layer is increased by 18%~35% due to the addition of rares,showiing that the catalytic effect of rares is very strong. The morphology and structure of phases were studied. It was revealed through practice that the life of hot dies was increased more than three times.
