摘要
文章相对于职务犯罪的一般研究和传统观念,以低龄职务犯罪作为职务犯罪新的表现形式,借助大量统计数字和案例,对低龄职务犯罪的分布、表现、特点、原因以及预防问题进行分析,强调了低龄职务犯罪的严峻形势和社会危害,提出了从现行立法、执法、用人机制、干部队伍教育等各方面防范低龄职务犯罪的观点。
Compared with the ordinary research and traditional opinion of duty crime,duty crime of low age is a new thing.This paper makes an analysis of its distribution,characteristics,reasons and countermeasures by using a lot of data and cases.Its severe condition and social harm are then emphasized.To avoid duty crime of low age should find ways in the following aspects,such as the current law,executing the law,personnel system, cadre staff education.<P>
