摘要
本文通过碳、磷选择氧化的热力学计算,分析了温度、活度、气体分压等参数对碳磷氧化的影响;讨论了复吹工艺的脱P和脱C特性,指出对高碳钢和低碳钢,复吹转炉应采取不同的吹炼制度。
According to the thermodynamic computation of c-p selective oxidation, the author analyzes the effects on c-p oxidation of some parameters such as temperature, activity, pressure and etc. On the other hand, the paper discusses the characteristics of decarbonization and dephosphorization with combined-blowing process. It also points out that different blowing processes need to be applied to the combined-blowing converters for making high carbon and low carbon steels.
