摘要
对PASSIM和SUPER9卷接机组后身供丝系统机械传动结构和运行过程中存在的"打滑"问题进行了分析,采用工控机替代原后身供丝系统的无级变速器等器件,利用独立电机直接驱动机组后身的传动,并对后身供丝系统进行集中控制,不仅简化了系统的机械结构,也达到了后身供丝均匀稳定的目的。改进后提高了卷烟生产质量,降低了生产成本。
The slippage of mechanical transmission and running of the hopper system in PASSIM and SUPER9 cigarette making and tipping machine combinations were analyzed theoretically. Industrial control computer was used to take the place of the variable speed control in the former hopper system, the hopper was driven by a separate electric motor directly, and centrally controlled. By modification, the system was simplified and achieved uniform and stable tobacco handling, cigarette quality was improved, and production cost was decreased.
