摘要
研究了退火对钛-钢爆炸复合板成分、组织和性能的影响。指出,为了获得满足验收标准的结合强度,该双金属的退火温度不宜高于650℃、保温时间不宜多于1小时。
The influences of annealing on the composition, structure and properties of explosion-cladding titanium-steel sheets are investigated. It is shown that for obtaining the bonding strength to meet the acceptance standard, the annealing temperature higher than 650℃ is inadvisable for this bimetal, and the duration of temperature holding longer than 1 hour is also unsuitable.
