摘要
本文研究采用水平连铸法生产纯铜线坯,采用一次和二次冷却,可获得表面光洁、无裂纹和无氧化夹杂的φ15mm紫铜线坯。线坯未经中间退火就非常顺利地从φ15mm一直拉伸到φ0.15mm,总延伸率达99.99%,氧含量约45ppm,漆包产品具有优异的性能。另外还研究了连铸成型的机理,经计算,铜液喷出的流速和流量都比较大。连铸成型的关键是固-液相分界面必须处在石墨结晶内,否则连铸就失败。
The red copper wire blank of φ15 mm with smooth surface and without crackles and oxidized inclusions can be obtained by horizontal conticast with cooling for two times in the process. The wire blank can be smoothly stretched from φ15 mm to φ0.15 mm without annealing. The total specific elongation reaches to 99.99%, and oxygen content is about 45 ppm, The glazed product possesses excellent characteristics. The mechanism of the formation by conticast is also investigated. By calculation it is known that the velocity and the volume of flow of copper fluid on injection are quite large. The key for successful conticast formation is that the solid-liquid interface must locate in the graphite crystals, otherwise the couticast will fail.
