逆流铵洗红钒工艺研究

摘要 本文采用四级逆流铵洗红钒工艺,可使氯化铵的利用率达到92%以上,红钒产品的质量可满足98%品位出口五氧化二钒的标准,铵耗减少60%,废水排放量减少50%,排放废水中氨氮浓度可从原来2000mg/L下降到300mg/L。 The vanadium pentoxide mannfacturing technology using 4-stage countercurrent ammonium washing is described in this paper. The utilization of ammonium chloride reaches 92% or better. The quality of product satisfies the requirements of 98% grade vanadium pentoxide for export. The consume of ammonium is reduced by 60%, the quantity of wast water discharged is reduced by 50%, the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in discharged waste water is reduced from 2000 mg/L to 300 mg/L.
