The Soviets were created by the Russian working class in the 1905 revolution and were greatly developed after the February revolution. They were one of the most important factors in the success of the Russian October revolution. The article verifies the links between the Soviets and the victory of the Russian October revolution. It further expounds in what sense Lenin highly evaluated the' newborn thingthe Soviets.
