摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司炼油厂0.80 Mt/a喷气燃料脱硫醇装置在原重整、苯抽提、加氢联合装置的部分场地上布置,介绍了该装置的平面布置情况和为满足防火规范的要求所采取的措施,如在压缩机厂房顶部增设通风设施、在距加热炉最近的压缩机附近设置可燃气体检测探头等。对氢气泄漏虚拟的爆炸事故进行了模拟计算,结果表明,该装置的布置达到了安全要求。
The 16 000 b/d jet fuel hydro-sweetening unit was arranged on the site of original reforming-benzene extracting-hydrogenation combined unit in the refinery of Gaoqiao Company. Layout of the unit and the measures adopted to meet the requirements of fire fighting specification are introduced, such as adding ventilating device at the top of the compressor house and installing combustible gas detecting transducer near the compressor which is nearest to the heater. In addition, simulating calculation of a fictitious hydrogen-leaking explosive accident has been carried out and the result shows that layout of the unit has reached the safety requirements.
