摘要
介绍了大型油罐罐壁开孔补强的两种常用结构,即补强圈搭接和插入式补强结构。对两种结构进行了分析比较,结果表明插入式补强结构在降低热处理难度和范围、节约热处理费用等方面具有优势,可在容积100dam^3以上的大型油罐罐壁开孔补强中广泛采用。
Two general structures for opening and reinforcement in the wall of large-scale oil storage tank, i.e. reinforcement rings jointing and the inserting structure are expounded together with the analysis and comparison of the two structures. The result shows that inserting structure has the superiority in reducing the difficulty, range and the cost of heat treatment. It can be widely used in opening and reinforcement in the wall of oil storage tank whose capacity is 100 dam3 and greater.
