摘要
介绍了天津石化公司芳烃联合装置工程总承包管理的成功经验:(1)抓住项目初始阶段的每个关键环节;(2)采用分块限额制度,实现费用控制;(3)加强监造和检验力度,保证设备材料的到货质量;(4)加强施工组织协调能力,实现安全管理与文明施工管理;(5)发挥设计优势,实现设计、采购、施工的深度交叉;(6)采用先进的计算机系统和计算机平台体系,实现项目管理科学化。针对该项目管理中存在的问题,分析了在项目管理水平方面与国外公司的差距。
Successful experience obtained from turnkey project management of aromatics combined unit in Tian-jin Company is expounded. (1) Grasping every key link at the initial stage of project; (2) Adopting partition quota to realize the cost control; (3) Strengthening inspection and examination of the delivered equipment material and ensuring its quality. (4) Enhancing the organization and coordination of construction to realize a safe and civilized management. (5) Bringing the design superiority into full play with design, purchase and construction being alternately carried out. (6) Adopting advanced computer and computer platform system to realize the scientific project management. Furthermore, based on the problem existing in project management, the gap between domestic and foreign companies has been analyzed.
