摘要
石家庄炼油化工股份有限公司针对其蒸汽凝结水回收系统存在的问题(主蒸汽管线传输效率低、沿程压力降大;疏水器的选型不当、质量参差不齐;凝结水回收系统不健全、布局不合理;缺乏性能可靠的凝结水设备等)采取了以下措施进行改造:(1)主蒸汽管线加装集水管并安装疏水器;(2)蒸汽管线沿途龙门架根部加装性能可靠的疏水器;(3)对消防蒸汽管进行防冻防凝改造;(4)加热器、伴热管线选装蒸汽疏水器;(5)将原0.3 MPa乏汽管网改造为凝结水回收主管网;(6)采用进口专用凝结水自动泵输送凝结水.改造取得了明显效果:除盐水消耗减少367.2kt/a,多回收凝结水余热45.9TJ/a,节约除氧蒸汽28.8 kt/a,年经济效益达399.59×104RMB(¥).
Aimed at the problems existing in steam and condensed water recovery system of Shijiazhuang Petrochemical Company Ltd., some measures have been adopted in the revamping: (1) Adding water-collecting pipe and trap at the main steam pipeline; (2) Installing trap of reliable performance at the foot of the gantry frame along the steam pipeline; (3) Freezing-proof and condensing-proof treatment have been made on the steam pipeline of fire fighting; (4) Installing steam traps in the heaters and heat-tracing pipeline; (5) Original 0.3 MPa steam pipe network has been replaced by the main pipe network for condensed water recovery; (6) Special import automatic pump has been used in condensed water transportation. Evident effect has been obtained with the revamping. The consumption of desalting water has been reduced by 367.2 kg/yr, another 45.9 TJ/yr waste heat of the condensed water recovered and 28. 8kt/yr deoxidizing steam saved. Annual economic benefits have reached to 399.59 × 104 RMB yuan.
