摘要
流体动静压支承是综合了流体动压与静压各自优点的混合支承 ,本文分析了整个系统功率消耗的分布情况 ,提出减少功率消耗的措施中相关参数的取值原则 ,研究了摩擦功率转换为热能使油温升高的机理 ,并提出处理方法。
Fluid mixture sleeve bearing is that synthesize advantages properties of quiet pressure and dynamic pressure analyzing power consumption and how to make choice of technology parameters of sleeve bearing. The paper research key parameters, which convert friction powers into heat energy that result temperature of lubrication oil to be promoted, and gives detailed method how to handle.
