摘要
现有文献所载的时间分割圆弧插补算法存在两个缺点 :1)进给速度采用了近似计算 ,造成误差。 2 )计算坐标进给增量时要进行反复迭代 ,浪费时间。本文提出了一种改进算法 ,克服了上述缺点 ,加快了插补运算速度 ,保证了计算精度。
Time dividing arc interpolation method listed in present literatures has two shortcomings: 1) The feeding speed is approximate value which exists error; 2) Computing feeding increments of coordinate needs iterative calculating repeatedly, much time has been wasted. A improving method presented by this paper can overcome above problems. The interpolation computing time is decreased, and the calculating accuracy can be assured.
