摘要
本文介绍了采用FX2N -3 2MR型PLC控制压滤机的设计方法。分析了系统的工作原理 ,详细说明了PLC的I/O地址分配和程序梯形图的绘制 ,介绍了实用的抗干扰措施。这种控制方法大大提高了系统的自动化程度和设备的生产效率 ,具有较大的推广价值。
This paper introduces the design method of the filter machine control system of PLC which used FX2N-32MR, then analyzes the principle of the system . Mainly discusses the distributed address of I/O and the design of the ladder figure of program, a useful measure to resist intereference is described.This control methed enhances the automation and productivity of the machine.So it is very practicable.
