本文以异型销孔数控镗削系统为例论述了数控加工系统软件中的中断的重要性 ,探讨了在Windows下采用Win Driver工具开发Vxd处理外部中断的技术。并通过实验对在Windows平台进行数控软件的开发的可行性进行了初步的探讨。本文对于今后将软靠模系统控制软件从Dos转到Windows下提供了有意义的尝试。

This paper discusses the importance of interrupt-handling in NC machining system with the example of non-circle piston pin-hole machining system , and the technique of developing Vxd to handle external interrupt using WinDriver tool .The paper validate the feasibility of developing Windows NC software via some examinations. The study is helpful to convert NC software from the OS of Dos to Windows.
