摘要
目的 探讨氟化物是否通过影响骨形态发生蛋白的表达导致氟骨症异位骨化的发生。方法 用不同浓度氟化物对培养的乳鼠成骨细胞形态、增殖和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响及对骨形态发生蛋白表达的直接影响进行实验观察。结果 10 - 5 mol/L氟化物对成骨细胞增殖及碱性磷酸酶活性均有促进作用 ,但对骨形态发生蛋白表达无明显影响 ;而 10 - 3 mol/L氟化物可促进骨形态发生蛋白表达明显增强。
Objective To discuss whether the heterotopic ossification in skeletal fluorosis caused by fluoride affects the expression of bone morphog enetic proteins.Methods To observe the effects of different concentration s fluoride on the features,proliferation of osteoblast,alkalline phosphatase act ivity and the expression of bone morphogenetic proteins in cultured sucking mice osteoblasts.Results Lower concentration fluoride(10 -5 ?mol/L) c an promote the proliferation and ALP activity in osteoblast,but have no signific ant effects on BMP expression;higher concentration fluoride(10 -5 ?mol/L) c an promote significantly expression of BMP.Conclusion High dose fluoride can promote the expression of BMP in sucking mice osteoblast.
