摘要
目的 了解辽宁省城市居民交通事故死亡率变化趋势和特点。方法 对 1988~ 2 0 0 0年辽宁省 7城市死亡统计年报资料进行比较分析。结果 交通事故标化死亡率为 10 0 7/ 10万 ,属意外伤害死亡的首位。 1988~ 2 0 0 0年间城市交通事故死亡率呈缓慢上升趋势 ,尤其男性上升趋势比较明显。男性死亡率高于女性 ,性别比为 2 77。死亡人群多集中在 2 0~ 59岁年龄组。城市居民的前 3位交通事故分别是机动车与行人的碰撞、机动车与非机动车的碰撞和机动车与机动车的碰撞。结论 交通事故未得到有效控制 。
Objective To describe the characteristics and trend of ro ad traffic accident deaths among townspeople of Liaoning province. Methods Death records from annual Liaoning province death statistics (1988-2000) were analyzed. Results The death rate of road traffic accident was 10.07 /10\+5,which was the first leading cause of injury death.The mortality of road t raffic accidents had a tendency of increase from 1988 to 2000 in urban areas,esp ecially for men.The death rate of men was higher than that of women and the rati o was 2.77.The highest death rate was found among the population within the age of 20 to 59 years old.The first three leading causes of death of traffic acciden t were the impact of locomotive with passerby,the impact of locomotive with non locomotive,the impact of locomotive with locomotive. Conclusion Road traffic accidents were one of the leading cause of injuiry death and without effective control programs.
