新型旋转油管泄油器的研制

Development of new rotary tubing drain

针对传统泄油器现场使用存在的缺点 ,研制了新型旋转油管泄油器。新型旋转油管泄油器主要由中心管总成、换向总成、摩擦总成和密封泄油总成组成 ,与传统泄油器相比 ,具有结构简单、操作方便、使用寿命长和成本低等特点 ,并且能够有效地消除管内下入工具对泄油器正常使用的影响 ,同时可根据施工需要 ,反复实现开启与关闭的转换。现场应用表明 ,该工具使用范围广 ,可靠性强 ,能够有效地解决现场技术难点。

A new rotary tubing drain is developed in the light of the shortcomings of the traditional tubing drain. This kind of tubing drain is mainly comprised of center pipe assembly, reversing mechanism, friction device and sealing drain assembly. Compared with the traditional tubing drain, the new tool is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation, long service life and low cost. It can eliminate effectively the influence of the tools lowered into the tubing on its normal operation, and can realize repeated opening and closing. Field use prove the new tool has wide application scope and high reliability and can solve relevant technique problems existed on the spot.
