摘要
Norcardiasp HD961 1经双向复合磁场 +UV复合诱变处理 ,与单纯UV处理的结果相比 ,其诱变致死率和营养缺陷型突变率均有明显提高 ,并且经双向复合磁场 +UV复合诱变处理所筛选出的菌株酶活比单纯UV处理的对照菌株平均酶活相对提高 1 7 2 %。
Under the treatment of two-way compound magnetic field +UV, the d eath rate and the mutation rate of autotrophy of Norcardia sp.HD9611 are ev idently higher than those only treated with UV . After the treatment of mag netic field +UV, the average enzymatic activity of strains we have isolated have an evident increase of 17.2% when compared with those treated only with U V .
