本文对衍生金融工具及实体经济之间相互联系、相互作用的机理进行剖析;从微观层面和宏观层面研究衍生金融工具对实体经济可能造成的冲击以及相应的防范策略。作者试图从衍生金融工具与实体经济的相互关系出发,探寻我国衍生金融工具及市场的发展及如何促进实体经济的发展等问题。

The paper has discussed the mechanism of mutual interaction of derivative financial instrument and real economy. Meanwhile, from micro-aspect and macro-aspect of economy, the paper has explored the impact of derivative financial instrument on real economy and countermeasures of safeguard financial risk. From the point of the relationship of derivative financial instrument and real economy, the authors try to discuss how to develop derivative financial instrument and its market so as to promote real economy development.
