CTLA-4基因多态性与Graves病

摘要 细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4(CTLA-4)是T细胞活化的负性调节因子,CTLA-4基因多态性导致了CT-LA-4的表达、结构和(或)功能缺陷,参与了Graves病(GD)的发病。CTLA-4基因多态性与多种族人群GD的发病、GD相关抗体的产生、激素水平以及病情缓解等各个环节均有显著相关性。而如果CTLA-4基因工程药物开发成功,则有望为GD等自身免疫性疾病提供一条有效的治疗途径。
