摘要
目的 研究以白色念珠菌为代表的念珠菌 ,以及白色念珠菌基因分组在不同年龄段儿童口腔中的分布情况。方法 4组不同年龄儿童和 1组成人作为研究对象 ,粘膜拭子法取样 ,CHROMagarCandida鉴定培养基分离鉴定 ,PCR方法一组引物确认白色念珠菌 ,一组引物基因分组。结果 不同年龄组儿童口腔中念珠菌的检出率有所不同 ,除健康青年外 ,白色念珠菌在检出的念珠菌中均占多数。白色念珠菌 3种基因分组的分布也存在差异 ,以A组为主。结论 不同年龄阶段健康儿童口腔中 ,A组白色念珠菌组占主导地位。
Objective To study the distribution of Candida spp . mainly Candida albicans and genotypic subgroups of C.albicans in normal oral cavities of different aged children. Methods Five groups of children A1 (newborn), A2 (3.2 years old average age), A3 (7.2 years old), A4 (12.7 years old ) and A5 (adults 20.4 years old), standard mucoal swab sampled, cultured and identified with CHROMagar Candida medium, asserted to be Candida albicans and genotypically subgrouped by PCR. Results The isolation rate of Candida albicans is A1(7.5%), A2(57.5%),A3(47.27%), A4(40.35%), A5(27.5%), the other species of Candida including Candida tropicalis and Candida glabrata et al. And we totally found three kinds of genotypic subgroups of Candida albicans , subgroup A, B, C, mainly subgroup A, the amplified products of subgroup C has three bands. Conclusion Candida albicans can be found in the oral cavities of all the groups of different aged children, but the positive rates of isolation are different. Genotypic subgroup A is the dominating component of the Candida albicans in all the groups.
