宫内移植造血干细胞治疗
摘要
宫内移植造血干细胞(IUHSCT)是替代出生后骨髓移植治疗先天性血液疾病的一种方法。其理论依据是胎儿耐受概念和供者干细胞竞争宿主造血位点。目前,动物实验支持IUHSCT,但临床成功例数不多。通过加强干细胞生物学及移植耐受方面的研究,IUHSCT有可能常规应用于临床。
