PLC在钢管热镀锌生产线中的应用

Application of PLC on the Steel Tube Galvanization Production Line

针对目前我国钢管镀锌企业的生产管理特点 ,研究开发了一套采用PLC控制的钢管热镀锌自动控制系统。阐述了控制系统硬件结构及软件设计思想。通过实际运行 ,该系统稳定可靠 ,并获得了较好的经济效益。

According to the characteristic of production management of domestic steel tube galvanization enterprise,an automatic control system of steel tube galvanization is developed,which adopts the programmable logic controller.In this paper the hardware structure of the control system and designing idea for software is introduced.This system is proved to be steady and reliable in practice,getting satisfactory economic benefit.
