摘要
目的 :探讨在间接立体检眼镜下进行视网膜脱离手术的效果。方法 :对 2 6例 2 6眼孔源性视网膜脱离患者 ,在间接立体检眼镜下查找裂孔并进行冷凝 ,外加压、环扎、放液或不放液。结果 :一次性手术后视网膜复位 2 4例 ,2例二次手术后复位成功。结论 :间接立体检眼镜下冷凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离 ,创伤小 ,效果好。
Objective:To observe the effect of cryosurgery for rhagmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD) by using indirect ophthalmoscope.Methods:Twenty six patients(26 eyes) with RRD were treated.Indirect ophthalmoscope was used to find holes and to do cryosurgery,scleral buckling,releasing subretinal fluid.Results:Twenty four had retinal reattachment after one operation,and other 2 eyes had retinal reattachment after twice operations.Conclusion:Using indirect ophthalmoscope in cryosurgery for rhagmatogenous retinal detachment is effective and safe.
