UTI和丹参对大鼠肝脏再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究乌司他丁 ( Urinary Trypsin Inhibitor,简称 UTI)和丹参两种药物对大鼠肝脏再灌注损伤的保护作用 ,为临床肝动脉阻断性手术保护肝脏再灌注损伤提供参考依据。方法 :1采用 2× 2析因设计的双盲实验研究方法 ,并采用空白对照。2检测静脉血中血管内皮素 ( ET)、透明质酸酶 ( HA)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 ( AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶 ( ALT)和乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)五项指标。 3应用 SASv6.1 2统计分析软件进行分析。结果 :各实验组的各项指标与实验对照组比较均有统计学意义 ,P<0 .0 1 ;UTI和丹参两种药物均有减轻大鼠肝脏再灌注后损害的作用 ( P<0 .0 1 )。两药合用虽然其检测数据的均数值都有下降趋势 ,但是 ,除 ET项目外 ,其他项目无统计学意义 ,两药比较无统计学意义。结论 Objective:To study the efficacy of the medicines UTI and 'DANSHEN'(an extract preparation of herb) in the rat liver ischemia reperfusion.Methods:1.Adopting the factorial design with double blind.2. Testing the blood specimens which included ET,HA,AST and LDH.3. Analyzing the data of ET,HA,AST,ALT and LDH with the software of SAS v6 12.Results:All experimental groups to be compared with experimental control group with statistical significance ( P <0 01).It was shown that UTI and DANSHEN could reduce the damage of liver ischemia reperfusion injury( P <0 01).Besides the data of ET,the two medicines have no coordinate and increasing effect.Conclusion:Both UTI and DANSHEN have protective effect of rat's hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury.
