目的 :探讨血液透析治疗肾综合征出血热 ( HFRS)伴急性肾功能衰竭 ( ARF)的临床疗效。方法 :将确诊为 HFRS伴 ARF病人 63例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组均给予常规治疗 ,治疗组同时给予血液透析治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 87.5 0 %,与对照组比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :血液透析治疗HFRS伴

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hemodialysis on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes(HFRS) and acute renal failure(ARF).Methods:63 patients with HFRS and ARF were randomized into 2 groups.Both of them were treated with routine methods,whereas the treatment group was given hemodialysis at the same time.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 8 7 50% and that in the control group was 58 06%,with significant difference between the two groups( P <0 05).Conclousion:The effect of hemodialysis for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes and acute renal fai1ure is satisfactory?
