摘要 本文采用回归分析的方法 ,建立滞洪区蓄量、主河道最高水位、淹没损失与分洪口门底高、宽度、最大洪峰流量、超额洪量之间多元二次非线性回归方程。在此基础上 ,建立非线性规划的目标函数和约束条件方程组。为便于求解 ,首先使之线性化 ,然后采用单纯形法求解。并以天津西七里海临时滞洪区为例 。 The size of flood diversion opening gate is directly relative to the flood diversion flow, the effect of reducing the water level of the river course and the loss in flood storage and detention basin after flood diversion. The paper uses a regression analysis method to establish the multiple quadratic nonlinear regression equation between storage volume in flood detention basin, the maximum level of the main river course, the submerged loss and the bottom height, width, the maximum flood peak flow, surmount flood volume of flood diversion opening gate. On this base it establishes the objective function of nonlinear planning and restrain condition equation group. In order to easily solve for solution, firstly, it shall be put into linear, then it shall solve for solution by simplex method. The paper takes the temporary flood detention basin of Xiqilihai Sea in Tianjing as an example, so it solves the reasonable bottom height and width of flood diversion opening gate in different water conditions.
