从网络发展和市场竞争的角度出发,论述了建立综合运维机制的必要性。介绍了综合运维机制的模型和针对大客户SLA服务提出的“主动维护”策略,最后简单结合了网上的实际应用情况。
It discusses the necessity of establishing integrated O/M system from the aspects of network development and market competition,introduces model of integrated O/M system and″Positive Maintenance″strategy for big customer SLA service.It finally gives application of integrated O/M system in access network.
