摘要
分析了光固化快速成形机控制系统功能需求,设计了单机型快速成形机的控制系统,并且详细介绍了控制系统的总体结构及其特点。对于基于Windows的控制系统实时性进行了详细的论述,由于Windows系统在中断处理、线程调度和内核可被抢先等的特点,该文通过设计定时器的虚拟设备驱动程序和提高线程的优先级的方法,达到了控制系统的实时性能。
A single-stage control system of rapid ping is designed after analyzing the function requirement control system of stereolithography rapid prototyping. The paper also introduces general architecture and its characteristic. The real-time of control system based on Windows is discussed. The real-time of control system is enhanced based on design virtual device driver of timer and arising priority of thread, because of the characteristic of interrupt handling and thread scheduling.
